For mig er en aktiv dag lig med en bedre dag. Jeg elsker at få sved på panden - om det så er på cyklen med ICC-cykelklubben, på en løbetur med mine veninder eller til boksning, det er ligemeget - det vigtigste er, at jeg får gang i kroppen og er i godt selskab. Fordi jeg nyder at bruge så mange timer udendørs, er det vigtigt for mig, at jeg beskytter min hud for at passe godt på den.

For mig har en aktiv dag flere betydninger. For det første vil jeg gerne passe på min krop og holde mig sund. Dernæst giver det mig et mentalt boost, især når jeg træner med venner og familie. Når jeg træner meget skal jeg passe ekstra godt på min hud, og derfor bruger jeg god hudpleje så min hud holder sig sund.

At være aktiv på havets bølger giver mig en følelse af frihed. Det giver mig et øjeblik, hvor jeg kan slappe af og blive ét med naturen, hvilket er en ubeskrivelig og unik følelse. Da jeg er meget udsat for sol, saltvand og vind, er det vigtigt, at jeg følger en hudplejerutine med gode rense- og plejeprodukter.
